转眼间又超过十一点了,明天又要像个僵尸似的去上班。:O

刚才以为会开始集训,没想到又是去活受罪!痛得我那刹那觉得老毛病比较好受,不治也罢!Orz 真的是太痛苦了!全都是为了那只死鸭子… (切,还不是自找的!)

还是快把“功课”写下来,免得睡了一觉什么都忘了。

Hip stretch: Thrust hip out after pelvic tilt with 1 knee on the floor and the other knee 90 bent. Left 2 right 1.
Quad: Following previous stretch, bend knee and use hand to hold knee and stretch quads. Left 2 right 1.
Chest: Arm bent at 90 degrees and stretch. Left 1 right 2.
Abs: Lie on stomach and stretch back
Traps: Bend arm behind back, lower head to opposite direction and use the other arm to hold down the head

Need to get 3 tennis balls; 1 to use as is and the other 2 to put into a long sock (to be used for stretching traps).
